What is the order completion time?
Completion time depends on the complexity of the project. Simple figurines are made in 2-3 business days, more complex projects may take up to 2 weeks. We always inform you of the expected completion date.
Can I order a personalized figurine?
Yes! We are happy to take on custom projects. Just describe what you are looking for, and we will prepare a quote and completion date.
How does shipping work?
We ship exclusively via InPost Parcel Locker. Figurines are carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition.
What paper do you use?
We typically work with paper weighing 70-80 g/m². Upon request, we can make a figurine on thicker paper.
Do you make seasonal decorations?
Currently, we do not make seasonal decorations. We focus on individual figurines and custom projects.
How can I pay for my order?
Payment details are arranged individually after placing an order.
